Is there a pick-up service?

There is no guaranteed pick-up service. If you should get a flat tyre, we assume that you will be able to deal with it on your own. In the case of rented bikes, the package includes a spare tube and a mini-pump. In case of more serious issues regarding your bike, you can reach us on our tour-hotline and a decision will be taken, on a case by case basis, about what type of assistance can be provided.

 

Will we be cycling if it rains?

If you should decide not to cycle because the weather is bad, we will be unable to guarantee you can travel with us. In any case, we will be pleased to assist you in arranging bus/train/taxi transfers.

 

Do you offer breakdown assistance also for personal bikes?

Of course the tour-hotline is available for all our road cyclists, which means that we can be of assistance also in the event of problems with personal bikes.

 

What time will the luggage be brought in at our next hotel?

Our goal is to get your luggage to the next hotel before you arrive there. However, since there is usually luggage from several tours being brought in, what we can guarantee is delivery by 5.30 pm at the latest.

 

Are GPS tracks available?

On all tour tours, GPS tracks are indeed available. You will receive them after you have completed your booking and paid the settlement.
